We focus on doing what we need to do to ensure people going through change ‘land’ successfully at their chosen destination rather than ‘launching’ them into a standard process.
We work with everyone as an individual, not just another programme participant. Every employee is different and we have found that nothing works so well in motivating and helping employees who are going through transition as individual, bespoke guidance. Our methodology ensures that the programmes we deliver for each of our clients are not formulaic but a truly holistic experience, focused on their specific needs and preferences.
We believe all outplacement programmes should include some element of one-to-one support. The face-to-face element enables the client to build a meaningful relationship with their consultant and allows us to truly tailor the programme according to job level, skills and personal needs. We believe that the value of this one-to-one support increases exponentially when care and attention is given to matching consultants with individual clients. That match may be based on geography, role, sector experience, stated career goal or just ‘chemistry’.
Most other providers offer a ‘One month programme’ or ‘Three month programme’, with an allotted amount of one-to-one time that must be taken during that time period. We recognise that individual requirements differ. People like to use the resource available when it suits them. So, whilst there is still an allotted amount of one-to-one time, it can be used over a time period determined by the individual client.
Our clients can monitor the effectiveness of our service using our client tracking system eTracker. This system can be used to view notes on one-to-one sessions in real time, see which seminars and workshops have been attended and keep track of how frequently the individual client is using the service. A programme evaluation questionnaire is issued to each individual client at the end of their programme and all results are regularly collated, analysed and shared with our client organisations.
